Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-10日本語All documents

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of ReviewFixLoop (the "Service"), operated by WillBooster Inc. ("WillBooster", "we"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to the Terms.

These Terms exist in English and Japanese. If the two versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.

Effective date: 2026-10-10

1. Definitions

  • Harness: a coding agent program, such as a vendor's command-line tool (a "vendor CLI").
  • Manifest: a declarative file that tells the Service's CLI how to launch a harness. An official manifest is maintained by WillBooster. A community manifest is registered by a third party.
  • Reviewer: a combination of a harness, a model and an effort setting that reviews a pull request.
  • Resolver: the coding agent that conducts a review of a pull request: it decides how to treat each finding and changes the code.
  • Run: one execution of the review-and-fix loop on one pull request.
  • Finding: an issue that a reviewer reports in a run.
  • Judgment: the resolver's decision on a finding.
  • Judge: the automated classifier with which the Service assigns a tag, a severity and duplicate relations to each finding.
  • Workspace: the unit of the Service to which runs belong. A personal workspace is created when you sign in.
  • Account: one user of the Service, identified by a GitHub account.
  • Leaderboard: the Service's comparison of reviewers. A rating is a reviewer's score on it.
  • L0: metadata of a run. It consists of the configuration of the reviewers and the resolver (harness, version, model, effort, review prompt variant, manifest identification), token counts, the severity, tag, judgment and duplicate relations of findings, which judge was used, and timestamps.
  • L1: free text of a run. It consists of the title, body and evidence of findings, the reasons for judgments and decisions, excerpts of the pull request description, and excluded findings.
  • L2: the full sessions of a run. It consists of all reviewer responses, tool output and logs.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service.
  2. The Service is not offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Sign-up from these regions is refused, based on the country determined from where the request came from.
  3. A GitHub account created less than 30 days ago cannot be used to sign up.

3. Account

  1. You sign in with GitHub OAuth. The Service uses it only to identify you. It requests no scopes and obtains no access to your repositories.
  2. The handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
  3. Your account is created when, at sign-up, you consent to the provision of your personal data to third parties in a foreign country that the Privacy Policy describes.

4. Fees and free limits

  1. The Service is free of charge.
  2. Use is limited by the number of findings sent to the judge:
UnitLimit
Account, per calendar month (UTC)3,000
Account, per rolling 24 hours300
Workspace, per calendar month (UTC)10,000
One run200
  1. Each finding sent to the judge counts once. Findings that are later excluded or found to be duplicates also count. Retries do not count.
  2. Account limits are the total over all workspaces in which the account starts runs.
  3. When an account or workspace limit is reached, the Service refuses to create new runs and shows when the limit resets. The Service shows a warning at 80% of a limit.
  4. A run in progress continues to be judged until it ends. When a run reaches the limit for one run, it starts no new session and ends as incomplete, with the reason shown.

5. Contribution to the public leaderboard and licence

  1. Free use of the Service requires contributing your runs to the public leaderboard. By using the Service, you consent to this contribution.
  2. You grant WillBooster a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to store, judge, aggregate and publish the following:
    • the L1 of runs on public repositories; and
    • the L0 of all runs.
  3. For L1 from private repositories, you grant WillBooster a licence, for the period permitted by the Privacy Policy’s retention rules, including its active-run and inherited-run exceptions, to store, judge, re-judge and aggregate it for the Service. This includes sending it to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy for these purposes. This licence does not permit publication of the text.
  4. Runs on private repositories contribute only to public leaderboard aggregates. Their text is not published.
  5. What is visible to whom is described in the Privacy Policy and in Data flow.
  6. You warrant that you have the right to send the content that you send to the Service, including content taken from your repositories, pull requests and sessions. Where that content contains personal information, this includes the authority needed to have it handled.

6. Vendor CLIs and your responsibilities

  1. ReviewFixLoop only launches the vendor CLIs that you installed and configured. It does not choose or verify the authentication method that a vendor CLI uses.
  2. You are responsible for:
    • the authentication method with which you run each vendor CLI;
    • the management of your keys;
    • your payments to vendors;
    • the management of your usage allowances with vendors; and
    • your compliance with each vendor's terms.
  3. You use community manifests at your own responsibility.
  4. Information on each vendor's terms is given in Policy toward each vendor's terms.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • have code reviewed that you have no right to have reviewed;
  • falsify a manifest or a run; or
  • intentionally send secrets to the Service.

8. Restrictions and termination

  1. If you violate the Terms or threaten the security or continued operation of the Service, WillBooster may revoke your API tokens or terminate your account.
  2. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. The retention of run data after account deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
  3. If you believe a restriction or termination was applied in error, contact the operator at the address below. WillBooster will review your request.

9. Disclaimers

  1. Findings and automated fixes can be wrong.
  2. The Service is not a security audit.
  3. A rating is a statistical estimate with an interval.
  4. WillBooster does not warrant third-party harnesses.

10. Limitation of liability

WillBooster's liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid for the Service in the past 12 months and (b) 10,000 yen. This limit does not apply to damage caused by WillBooster's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Changes to the Terms

WillBooster posts a notice of a change on this Terms of Service page at least 30 days before it takes effect. The notice states the changed terms and their effective date. The Service does not collect an e-mail address for these notices.

Any change remains subject to mandatory law and any consent required by law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. The Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. For disputes with a user who is a business, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
  3. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
